Professional Experience & Biography
During law school, Dale worked for the Crown Prosecutors office, where he conducted criminal trials in Provincial Court and approximately 200 trials in Traffic Court. After law school, Dale practiced with larger law firms defending insurance companies. Over the years, Dale has conducted 100 trials in Provincial Court, both civil and criminal, 50 trials in the Court of Queens’ Bench, both criminal and civil, conducted trials in Tax Court, successfully argued cases in Federal Court, and made numerous appearances in the Courts of Appeal, both in Saskatchewan and in Alberta.
Dale is a member of the Alberta Trial Lawyers Association, and past member of the Canadian Bar Association. Dale is a member of the Law Society of Alberta, past member of the Law Society of Saskatchewan and has obtained the necessary certification to practice in the Yukon.
Dale’s practice is now solely devoted to representing people injured in car accidents. Dale represents clients injured in accidents currently living right across Canada, the United States, South America, Asia, Europe, and Ireland.
