Sandra C.M. Folkins

Over the past 25 years, Sandra has practiced with the Constitutional Law Branch of Saskatchewan Justice, was legal counsel to the Justices of the Court of Queen’s Bench of Alberta and she most recently practiced law with the Constitutional and Aboriginal Law Team of Alberta Justice and Solicitor General. Sandra has litigated complex issues of constitutional and Aboriginal law at all levels of court in Saskatchewan, Alberta and the Federal Court of Canada. Sandra has conducted a number of appeals, including appearances in the Supreme Court of Canada.

Sandra is a member of the Law Society of Alberta and a past member of the Law Society of Saskatchewan.

Sandra is looking forward to applying her litigation skills to assist people injured in car accidents.
